William W.Lammers  With over 33 years of machine design and build, Bill Lammers brings to the organization a solid background for successfully leading teams of engineers and machinists though the design and build of automated assembly systems. For the last 15 years Bill worked first as a senior project engineer and then a principle engineer for a St. Paul company, a $25 million provider of engineering services and custom capital equipment, serving the medical, energy, filtration, industrial products and consumer products markets. His responsibilities included developing the solution, writing technical communications, collaborating with design and control engineers and team leadership during the mechanical design. Bill’s prior experience was with an $80 million provider of capital equipment and assembly systems serving the automotive and appliance industry in Janesville, WI. Projects ranged from $2M-$5M As a senior project engineer, Bill had total project responsibility from receipt of the order to installation of the equipment in the customer’s facility and it is here that he developed a reputation for being able to solve very complex design problems and honed his observation and debug skills.
